Promo Configurations

A Promo Configuration is any short-term discount or sale pricing that is configured on your store. Typically it’s a change in price or a discount on a particular item, a brand of products, a treatment, or brand of treatments. It could also be a BOGO (Buy One Get One) or Gift With Purchase or other style of promotional configuration. It includes adding promotional verbiage on the items, and often includes a checkout banner with information or instructions for the purchaser. For example, a checkout banner may say, “Add 3 to your cart to receive one free."

At least 2 Promo Configurations are included in all current Monthly Plans. However, if you are grandfathered into an older Basic Support Plan, no promo configurations are included in your plan.

Event Configurations

Event Configurations are available as add-on configurations within the context of an Event Marketing Package.
