Email List Clean-up & Opt-in Service

This service supports practices and manufacturers with medical patient lists or untested email lists. DermPRO will import your untested email list obtained from your practice management system or a purchased list, and perform the necessary work to clean-up the list and run an opt-in campaign. This includes:
- Run your list through email verification; clean the list of bad emails.
- Parse and sort the list as needed.
- Remove existing newsletter subscribers email addresses.
- Remove previously unsubscribed or cleaned email addresses.
- Manually inspect the list for obvious email typos that can be corrected.
- Create a separate MailChimp Account and email template.
- Create an opt-in campaign — We'll design the email and manage multiple passes/sends of the email.
- Configure an online promotion or coupon code as incentive for signing up.
- Create a sign-up landing page for the new subscribers that includes HIPAA-compliant verbiage.
- Create an email with coupon code for the final thank you message.
All required Email Service Provider fees (up to two months of service on a new MailChimp account), typically required for this project are included in the price of the service.
