Add-On Payment Options
Offer your patients the most popular payment and financing options.
One-time setup is $199 each. Add a store banner and email campaign to promote the payment option(s) for a one-time fee of $350. Monthly fee is $30 for one payment option, $50 for two payment options, or $60 for 3 payment options.
PayPal
Make it easy for your customers to checkout with a payment method they know and trust. PayPal currently has 286 million active users. In fact, 87.5% of all online buyers use PayPal.
Buy now, pay later (BNPL) services: Affirm & Zip
The BNPL industry has exploded over the past decade and purchasers have flocked to these services, especially as online shopping soared during the pandemic. Choose Affirm or Zip to offer your patients a buy now, pay later option. Typically, Zip (comparable to AfterPay and Klarna) can be used for orders up to $1,500, while Affirm can be applied for higher order amounts.
How these payment options work on your store
The add-on payment options will be displayed in addition to the Credit Card payment option which uses your primary merchant account (BluePay, Nextech Payments, ModMed Pay, etc). The add-on payment methods are not eligible to be used for orders that include: Memberships, Auto-Replenish Products, or Gift Cards.
If any of these add-on payment options are selected, your patient will be led through external screens on the appropriate payment app, and then will be directed back to your store's order success page.
Accounts
If you'd like to add Affirm or PayPal, you will provide us with account keys that will enable us to integrate those accounts with your store. We will provide you more information once you sign up.
If you'd like to add Zip, we'll put you in touch with an account specialist who will get you signed up for a merchant services agreement. Zip offers a specially-negotiated DermPRO rate that is lower than Zip's standard transaction fee for sellers.
