Cyber Weekend Is Special

Due to the extraordinary circumstances of Cyber Weekend, you may NOT use your regular November or December promotion services to run a Cyber Weekend promotion. All customers who wish to run a promotion over Black Friday and/or Cyber Weekend must purchase one of the packages sold above.

Cyber Weekend Specials are past due and will not be accepted after Nov 8th.
12 Days Specials are past due and will not be accepted after Nov 18th. Please submit your specials to promos@dermpro.com as soon as possible.

Cyber Weekend Package #1 (No Email Marketing)

This option is available to ALL DermPRO customers regardless of support plan.

• 4 Cyber Weekend specials configured on your store
• Cyber Weekend 'teaser' banner, 'shop now' banner, and 'final hours' banner
• Holiday Gift Card designs and banner on your store
• Holiday Gift Guide and Gift Guide banner on your store

Cyber Weekend Package #2

This option is available to ALL DermPRO customers regardless of support plan.

Includes everything in Package #1, PLUS:

• 5 Social Images
• In-office Flyer with QR Codes to encourage patients to click and put sale items in cart.

Cyber Weekend Package #3

This option is only available to DermPRO customers who are on a Promo Plan that includes Custom Monthly Email Marketing done by DermPRO.

Includes everything in Package #1, PLUS:

• Teaser Email
• Shop Now Email
• Final Hours Email

Cyber Weekend Package #4

This option is only available to DermPRO customers who are on a Promo Plan that includes Custom Monthly Email Marketing done by DermPRO.

Includes everything in Package #3, PLUS:

• 5 Social Images
• In-office Flyer with QR Codes to encourage patients to click and put sale items in cart.

12 Days of Christmas—Self-Service Package

A 12 Days of Christmas promotion is a smart choice. In the past, these promotions have brought in a great response from patients. This is a Social Media promotion (Facebook and Instagram), with specials configured to run December 9th through 24th on business days only. This package includes the following:

• 12 Individual specials configured in your online store, to be enabled daily and kept available for the rest of the 12-Days period, or enabled for one day each.
• 12 Social Media Posts provided to you. Images and posts will be created/formatted for Facebook and Instagram.
• 2 Banners

12 Days of Christmas—Full-Service Package

Give us access to your social accounts and we will schedule the posts for you.

• 12 Individual specials configured in your online store, to be enabled daily and kept available for the rest of the 12-Days period, or enabled for one day each.
• 12 Social Media Posts that we'll post for you. Images and posts will be created/formatted for Facebook and Instagram.
• 2 Banners
• 3 Emails—Teaser, Reminder, Final Hours
  These emails will inform people to visit your social media accounts to see your 12 Days specials and encourage people to like/follow you on social media.
  - An email sent on Day 1 that tells people about the 12 Days promo and links to your social accounts
  - A reminder email on Day 6
  - Final email on day 10

Deadlines

Cyber Weekend marketing begins the first week of November with teaser banners and emails to your subscribers. Our due dates are as follows:

• Cyber Weekend Specials were due to us by October 20th. Prices here reflect a late submission fee.
• The final date we will accept Cyber Weekend specials is November 8th. After that date, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to configure your Cyber Weekend Specials in time for Cyber Weekend.
• 12 Days of Christmas specials were due to us by November 10th. Prices here reflect a late submission fee.
• The final date we will accept 12 Days of Christmas specials is November 18th. After that date, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to configure your 12 Days Specials in time for the start of the promotion on December 9th.
